1、Card Issuance Operation
Cards are virtual credit cards under your account. All your transactions are conducted through these cards. Each card will be bound to a cardholder upon issuance, and all operations on the card are executed by this cardholder. One cardholder can be bound to multiple cards. Funds for a regular card need to be recharged manually and are not linked to currency accounts; for shared cards, after issuance, there is no need to recharge—they use the balance in the corresponding currency account directly.

Card issuance typically requires five steps. Click “Issue Card” to enter the regular card application page:
- Usage Scenario: E-commerce/independent site, advertising, subscription services, business travel. Choose according to your actual use scenario.
- Currency: USD, EUR, CNH. After selecting the currency, the system will display supported BINs for that currency. You can also consult customer service for the card’s base currency.
- Card BIN: Displayed in order of system success rate, from high to low. You can freely choose the BIN you wish to issue.
- Number of Cards: Supports batch card issuance, currently with no upper limit.
- Nickname: You can customize the card nickname for easy identification. If nicknames are filled in during batch card issuance, a suffix will be automatically generated.
Note: If you select batch card issuance in the first step, the subsequent operations will assign all those cards to the same cardholder and support recharging the same amount only. If you wish to issue cards to different cardholders or recharge different amounts, it is recommended to operate individually—open one card per time.

2. Card Management
After successful card issuance, you can view your cards on the Card Issuance page. The page displays all cards you have activated, and you can quickly filter by card number or last four digits, nickname, card organization, and card status. Click the settings button on the right side of the filter bar to customize your preferred filtering conditions.
Card Balance Estimate refers to the total assets in all your cards; Number of Issued Cards refers to the number of cards you are currently using, including frozen cards, but excluding canceled cards.
Click Download Card List to export card details as an Excel file for local storage.

If you wish to view more card information at once, you can adjust the number of cards displayed on the page.
3. Card Operations
If you wish to view card details or operate on a specific card, go to the Card Issuance page, then click the Details button on the right side of the card entry. Here, you can view and copy the card number, expiration date, CVV, as well as see card status, card type, base currency, cardholder, card amount, billing address, and all transaction details; you can also edit card nickname and transfer funds into the card.

1. Fund Transfer (Top-up)
When you wish to transfer funds into a regular card, click Card Details > Fund Transfer. During the transfer-in process, you can choose to transfer funds from any currency account with sufficient balance. Currency conversion rates and expected amounts will be displayed, along with the corresponding transfer fee, as shown on the application page.
After confirming the fund transfer details, click [Next] to confirm. After the secondary confirmation, click [Confirm] to complete the transfer.
2. Refund (Return Funds)
You can return funds from a regular card back to the corresponding currency account. After completion, you will be able to see the amount in the currency account. To operate a refund, click Card Details > Refund, and the operation is complete.
3. Freeze
If you want to freeze a card, click Card Issuance > Freeze. If the card is frozen, funds inside cannot be returned to the currency account. Frozen cards do not affect your ability to receive refunds on the consumption platform.
If you wish to unfreeze a card, you can do so in the card details interface.
4. Cancel Card
If you wish to cancel a card, click Card Issuance > Cancel Card to do so instantly.
Note: Before canceling a card, please refund all card funds to the currency account. Card cancellation is irreversible and cannot be recovered, so please operate with caution.
