GoPay use guilding

1.Home page

After logging into GoPay, you can see an account overview on the home page. In addition to common sections that allow you to click and navigate, you can also view your account balance and recent transactions in real time here.

2. Accounts

After logging into GoPay, click “Accounts” to view all account assets under your name. Your assets may include multiple currency accounts. GoPay supports users in creating global multi-currency accounts in Hong Kong, China or overseas. Customers do not need to set up companies abroad or visit overseas bank counters in person—a multi-currency account can be created by following GoPay’s online account opening process. You can recharge your account by contacting your dedicated customer service; after the recharge and refreshing the page, you will be able to see your updated account balance.
 
 

3.Account Top-up

After logging into GoPay, click “receive payment”. The funds in your account can be topped up through this module. You can scan the QR code to recharge. Please note that on-chain transactions may have a delay— it is recommended to wait for 3-5 minutes. You can click View Payment Progress below to see details. Once your payment is received, you can contact customer service for fund allocation. The customer service team will allocate your recharge amount to your account. 
Exchange loss refers to financial loss caused by currency fluctuations in foreign exchange transactions or cross-border activities. You can view the real-time exchange loss rate on this page.
 
 

4.Card Management

After logging into GoPay, click “apply for a bank card” to perform card issuance and card management operations. For detailed steps, please refer to the article "Card Issuance Operation".
 

5.Cardholder Management

After logging into GoPay, click “Carduser” to manage cardholders and add new cardholders here. For detailed steps, please refer to the article "Cardholder Management".
 

6.Transaction Details

After logging into GoPay, click “Transaction Details” to view your transaction history and card records. For detailed instructions, please see the article "Transaction Detail Inquiry".
 

7.Sub-account Management

After logging into GoPay, click “Sub-account Management” to create and manage your sub-accounts. Sub-account users register via your invitation code and, according to the permissions you grant, can help manage your account. You can flexibly configure permissions for each sub-account, such as card issuance rights, top-up rights, and more.
 
 
You can click "Sub-account Management" "Generate Invitation Code" to generate an invitation code. Send it to your agent, who can register using the code and become your sub-account. Please manage these invitation codes properly since sub-accounts will be granted certain operational permissions of your account.
 

8.Set up

After logging into GoPay, click “Set up” to change your personal information here. The next time you log in, you can use the updated information. You can also customize your login method in the settings.
